our youth celebrities mostly singers and influencers have started a #AgainstCoronaMeasures thing

more with slogan ''onlytogetherwecanoverthrowourcorruptgovernment''

it makes me cringe how stupid, dumb some youth can be, and especially if they call themselves influencers, just because they cannot earn money now with lots cancelled

Is it true that mixing with a lot of people increases your immune system...ie going in and out of different houses each day.

I'm not saying it would help against covid (yet) but I got told that by the other engineers.

To do what though?

Its time people took care of themselves and their loved ones, follow the rules and don't take risks. I don't want to live in a world where there are armed soldiers, trained killers, patrolling the streets. That is terrifying

More terrifying than dying needlessly from a virus spread by our thoughtless / selfish young people ?

Quite frankly yes.

My dad had to shield as he is in a high risk group. I have been so ridiculously careful during this, putting my life on hold to protect him. If people followed the rules, that will be enough. We do not need military presence at the moment.

the government cannot coerce the population to do anything, it is law by consent. Putting soldiers on the streets would be a guaranteed end of the government

I wonder what the tougher measures will be when people dont follow the new guidelines?

Cause I'm like, erm, why ain't they implemented now if things are so serious that the nations leaders have to address the public from behind a desk looking all serious.
