I say there’s no difficulty but i’ve only been doing side gigs marked as moderate danger or below, like 50% of the map is stuffed full of side gigs with very high danger

I have noticed a lack of a "challenging" difficulty actually. The main missions are by and large decently balanced so long as you don't play them too over levelled... But the side gigs, the moderate ones are easy (can still be fun as a bit of power fantasy lol) but then the "very high" danger ones can be too far the other way (getting killed in one or two hits). I've done a few but the only viable way to do them is to "divide and conquer" by luring people away one at a time to take on one on one, OR hide behind something and spam grenades everywhere.

And to be fair... I haven't really tried stealth/hacking tactics much.
