After watching and loving and prefering the australian version the the original american version i was thinking a season where a mix of players from around the world were chosen to take part.

Perhaps a mix of returning and new players to fill up the spots.
3 newbies and 2 former contestants from each country

5 australian
5 american
5 south african
5 new zealanders

You could even include new players from the uk too.

Im not sure how popular the show would be in america as they are very patriotic and probably would love the foreigners taking over their show lol.

Id be happy with any contestants from anywhere in the world aslong as the australian selection included.

from ours i easily recommend (Amara Onwuka, Farmer Bertie, Roeland Fernhout, Carlos Platier Luna, Bartho Braat)

Amara: she's weather presenter here, she won her series through lots of physical gameplay winning lots of immunity coasting through each tribal council safely and without being in danger

Bertie: she was evicted first but went to devils island, survived on her own for a week until other eliminees were there and dueled with her, she won each duel, and went on to win entire series, a complete survivor dream journey basically and won the public's heart

Roeland: was the weakest physically but he used his intelligence and charisma to get him through the tribal councils few times, he also got a immunity token from one of the strongest players one round either tactically to get rid of one other stronger player, he was more the villain of his series, due to his cunningness

Carlos: a survivor superfan, one of first few civilian contestants after many years to take part again, was an ace at many challenges, and won the series too

Bartho: i mean oldest campmate at his series at age of 68 but still showed he had lots to add in camp in finding food, climbing trees, the social aspect he was great to be around also never played it nasty or mean in the game, survived couple rounds too

our series is also similar great (on strategic and physical gameplay level) also year before covid-19 pandemic our series just made the promotion to our primetime tv channel RTL4 from lesser RTV channel RTL5 so it was kinda sour and saddening that it had to be postponed last year
