The marketing campaign for Darren Lynn Bousman‘s Spiral: From the Book of Saw was abruptly stopped when the ongoing pandemic forced the release plan to change, moving out of 2020 entirely and currently still set for release on May 21, 2021. It’s finally coming soon, and that means the second round of the marketing is now officially underway.

I like that they're moving it away from the OTT shock gore, and back toward the tension filled story like in the original

My thoughts on the Saw series in general is that the first one was a brilliantly made, unique little thriller/psychological horror... And then literally all of the sequels were daft trash .

I utterly utterly hate this franchise with a passion! , when i heard they were making YET AGAIN another dumb pointless sequel i just thought FFS .

I didn't even bother watching the previous garbage movie, the reviews and clips were enough for me and i'm glad i didn't sit through that mess.
