I beg to disagree! Olivia might just be the most boring queen they've ever had on the show, so to see her getting two wins in a row with a part that was specifically designed to go to the obvious "SHE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING BUT SHE STOLE THE SCENE!!!" edit was irksome. She seems lovely but I cannot for the life of me remember anything she's said, done or presented on the runway, and even though she's beautiful I just feel a yawn coming on when she's on screen. And her runway this week sucked and didn't really have any beads at all, so idfk how she ****ing won.

In this kind of challenge, the judges seem to overlook the outfit and focus more on the improv performance itself. And I think she did well. It could have been bombed very easiliy, but Olivia turned it out and made it entertaining.
Now for the outfit....yeah it wasn't it. But I think the judges looked at performance rather than the outfit. Which is contradictory to half of the decision they have made.
