TBH one of my main issues with this is how on earth do they have SEVEN officers available to hand out a fine, and yet it takes them literally hours to respond to things like domestic disturbances because "there are no officers available".

Unless they were actually dealing with a larger group of people than what's being shown... how can this possibly have needed more than the standard two-officer team?

That blokes running for london mayor. It's a show of strength by sadiq Khan and his boot boys.
