Yes, I think keeping some precautions is sensible.

Netherlands: RIVM thinks half of the daily new cases are from the Delta variant, two weeks ago this was 17%, another week before that 9%, and before that 4%

the Delta variant cases are very closely monitored

despite this surge of the Delta strain, the hospitalisation totals remain decreasing

108 total on ICU/ventilator 11 less than yesterday
again no new ICU/ventilator patients this for the third time in 4 days

on September 22nd last year the ICU's last time less than 100 patients, and we are nearing that low point again

so despite the delta variant good to see these numbers steadily continuing to go down

962 new cases, most in last 2 weeks

our new cases increase isn't reason for panic

mostly coming from partying youth, 60 cases of delta variant though from one specific nightclub discoteque party in Enschede, so as long as those with delta virus self-isolate properly no reason for worries

i've learned from this whole pandemic so far, not to panic or stress too often anymore

only 80% of adults in my area have had 1 dose, 60% with the 2nd dose. That's pretty poor really

You can check the rates here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-51768274

I don't think we should be opening up until most people have had both doses of the vaccine.
But it's up to the government to decide.

We see seeing more and more people going down with Covid19 even after having BOTH vaccines

Yes, but it's less likely that they will die from it with the vaccine.

Hope so ... we’re being battered with the Delta variant but the Delta+ is far more virulent and on its way
