To be fair to Stones it was a dreadful decision from Pope to pass to him in that situation and he also under-hit the pass as well .

Pope should have launched it upfield

Whenever I feel a bit deflated about an England performance I just think about how fans of Germany and Ireland must feel all the time

I didn't even watch it.

Football is so dull and boring these days.

Don't forget Super league started last week. All 6 fixtures were live on Sky and round two starts tomorrow. A double header tomorrow, a double header on Good Friday and a double header on Saturday, all live on Sky. Now that's sporting entertainment.

Just add, the darts premier league starts on Easter Monday. Again, proper sporting entertainment.

England's stadium fits 90,000 people inside it. That is over 10,000 more than the whole population of Andorra.
