Flashpoint is set "now", so Flashpoint Batman is kinda old. Despite being in an aborted timeline, he pops up now and then, trying to make Bruce retire from Batmanning so he can be happy.

Yeah, the ole Weather Butterfly's wingbeats were really messed up by Barry's mum being saved
Wow in the Flash TV show all that really changed was that he somehow inexplicably gender-swapped John Diggle's baby (Sara Diggle was replaced by John Diggle Jr) . Although I think that was actually after he went back and undid it, and came back to find out that everything was "close" to back to normal but some minor changes had occurred that he couldn't fix (which served as a lesson blah blah blah). Although IIRC Oli Queen in post-Crisis Minecraft Creative Mode actually brought back Sara Diggle when he created Earth Prime and they now both exist as twins.

Insidious freaked me out.

I had to get my ex to come to the toilet with me half way through.

The many saints of Newark.
Wow, for a massive Sopranos fan like me, this is such a treat!
It's great to find out the backstory of all those great characters.
And Michael Gandolfini definitely has plenty of charm and charisma.
His father would be so proud!

Think there will be at least 2 more?

Nice touch playing the Sopranos theme tune at the end

Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) 8/10

I first saw this at Tyneside Cinema and yesterday I got the DVD .and watched it. It traces the life of the rock band Queen and Freddie Mercury from 1970, when Freddie joined up to the Live Aid concert in 1985, with references to the death of Freddie Mercury in the early 1990's from AIDS.

It loses a point or so because of claims that it sanitized the life of Freddie Mercury. It is an interesting film for Queen fans, and shows some of the creative process for recording their iconic and groundbreaking hit, Bohemian Rhapsody. I would have liked to see a recreation of how the video was done, but suppose we can't have everything.

One point of note for the DVD, the extra it has is a recreation of the entire performance Queen did at Live Aid, of which only edited highlights made it to the film shown at the cinemas.

Dune. It was brilliant! 10/10 from me
Quite a few Italian actors in it. And produced by Dino De Laurentis.

12 Years a Slave. 10/10.

Never seen it before - just gut wrenching throughout, I was a total mess by the end. Deserves every single bit of the acclaim it had. They should show it in schools, History.

The band that did the theme... they come from Brixton, did you know? I was surprised... seen them live they're brilliant! But they aren't from Alabama and there isn't 3 of them......
