Right now, I don't have the time. I come home at half 6 and I'm in bed by 9, and that's me for the day. When COVID first hit, and I wasn't doing so well mentally, I would be taking 2-3 naps a day just to pass the time.

When I was younger and carefree I had a stupid sleep pattern of about 6am - 2pm and sometimes I’d announce that I was off for a nap at 10 or 11pm and this utterly infuriated one of my friends . She was like “How is that a nap?? Just go to bed! That’s bed time! You can’t have an 11pm nap! NO NAP!”

But I would have & enjoy my 11pm nap . Sometimes I’d even go out to the union post-nap, drink til 4am, sober up watching the sunrise, then come home and go to bed. I reckon it was the perfect Uni sleep pattern.

Not for classes obviously but…
Ah, pre-night out naps. I remember them fondly.

I have drifted off occasionally when Im on my own and its quiet, I could never sleep like Joey on a train or any public transport, I only nap for about half an hour and it feels like ages and always feel groggy after so try not to.
