Default How fussy are you about your washing-up?

Do you go a step further than the customary coloured-white division and divide your laundry into delicates and wools (and the like) or do you just mix them all together?

My bad. I’ve had one or two drinks tonight.

I separate whites mostly, but if something has sequins or some sort of delicate design then I also try to separate them and put on hand wash.

But I've noticed over time when washing clothes they never all stay crisp clear, I hate when they go weird and faded.

#2 but a three-part separation: whites, bright colours, dark colours.

Same really, the odd time if there's a lot of light/white coloured stuff in the basket I'll put them in together but usually I just throw whatever is there in at once

You both definitely have dull whites - you just don't notice because you're only comparing them to your other dull whites .

Coincidentally, apparently this is what they call us on the Discord .

I don't either but I do notice if the kid's school shirts start to go dull. Well, the eldest's school shirts anyway. Little one's school shirts are covered in stains within a week of getting new ones so we just put on a pullover and pretend they don't exist.

Luke's school shirt isn't white so doesn't apply

Both my kids are black-on-white and the High school also has mandatory blazers... so they all look like they're either going to a funeral, or are joining the MiB .

But you have to have those crisp white shirts for the contrast.

Luke's shirt is a very specific design that you can literally only buy in one shop, the only part of his uniform that you can buy somewhere other than this one shop is his school pants (trousers for you British folk )
