Some Good News

Commercial flight carrying hundreds of Americans
and others allowed to leave Kabul

[The Taliban allowed 200 Americans and other civilians
to leave Afghanistan on a commercial flight
on Thursday - the first airlift since Western military left.
The Qatar Airways flight to Doha took off from
Kabul airport - which officials say is 90% operational
and the first of several scheduled to leave.
Ahead of the flight Mutlaq bin Majed al Qahtani,
a Qatari special envoy, said: "Call it what you want,
a charter or a commercial flight,
everyone has tickets and boarding passes,"
he said, adding that another commercial flight
would take off on Friday.]

Blair's former Chief of Staff (1997-2007)
Jonathon Powell was on All Out Politics SkyNewsHD
he thinks we may tell the Taliban to respect women
by using their money we have in outside banks.

I get what he is saying
but it means the Taliban to change more than they would.

The only good thing is the Taliban allowing
Qatar Airways to land in Kabul and take people out.
More to leave today, infact.

How did someone on the right side of a lobotomy think the Taliban would change for the better, or become "more inclusive" ...

So after what boris said about the taliban, we now have commercial airlines landing in Kabul to evacuate those british citizens that were left?

Is this true?

The Taliban has asked the Pentagon
to remove their Cabinet members
that are on their Terror list.
It was under the Doha agreement.

One Big Example

he is still on FBI alerts

It’s a war that never would of been won no matter how many people that died
After being in Afghanistan for the last 20 years it had achieved nothing and that’s clear for all to see.

They have been fighting for hundreds of years.

That Drone attack
at a home near the Kabul airport
a few days before the USA/UK left
was not a Terrorist, at all.
It was an Aid worker that helped USA.

A massive Error by Biden's Army.

Hamas are still listed as terrorists, despite being the ones oppressing the people of Palestine, so why do the Taliban think they should be treated differently?

Yes Valid point.

I assume the Taliban hope they will?

A Terrorist Bomb has gone off near a Mosque
in Kabul, many deaths.

Reported on SkyNewsHD

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2021/...e-kabul-mosque

[A bomb targeted the entrance of a mosque
in the Afghan capital on Sunday
leaving a “number of civilians dead,”
a Taliban spokesman said.

The blast struck near the entrance
of the Eid Gah Mosque in Kabul
where a memorial service was being held
for the mother of

they reckon the usa (and us) will be vulnerable to attack within the year from groups based in Afghanistan. The taliban haven't changed in 20 years and everyone knows it

From BBC Link
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-58781717

On Todays Terrorist Bomb.

[Several people have been killed by a bombing
at a mosque in the Afghan capital Kabul, the Taliban have said.
Twenty were also injured by the blast near
Eid Gah mosque, where a prayer ceremony
was being held for the late mother
of a Taliban spokesman.
It is the first major explosion in Kabul since
Western forces withdrew in August.
Three people have been arrested however so far
no group has said it was behind the attack.
But the Islamic State group (IS) recently said it
carried out several bombings in the eastern city of Jalalabad.

The Islamist group is violently opposed
to the Taliban, which regained nearly full
control of Afghanistan in a lightning offensive
as international forces started to leave.]

It is well worth going there.

SkyNewsHD reports a British Troop
who was visiting and the Taliban arrested him,
has now left Afghanistan.

BBC Text:
[A former diplomat has said "red tape chaos"
in the UK's withdrawal from Afghanistan
left tens of thousands of people unable
to access help, the Guardian reports.

Raphael Marshall claimed "bureaucratic chaos" in
the Foreign Office led to Afghans
"being left to die at the hands of the Taliban,
the paper says.
The government says staff "worked tirelessly"
to evacuate more than 15,000 people over two weeks.]
