I agree.

Imagine working so hard to be taken seriously as a successful WOMAN only for "the establishment" to make it irrelevant and lump everyone together.

I see why they've done it, but in this sort of scenario of awards shows, I just don't feel it's necessary at all.

Just finished watching The Brits ,well done to Adele on her triple WIN ,she slayed it !! .

And how sweet was that when Little Simz' mum went on stage with her .
