It is pretty hard (unless you actually don't like the taste of meat) The best places to eat out though I found was Indian Restaurants, they did pretty much every dish with just veg option so that was good. Hotel Restaurants were the worst, usually just the one veggie option which 9 times out of 10 was Risotto

Yeah must be, my mom actually had that problem with Calcium, I was saying earlier she has osteoporosis (not very badly though thankfully) but she had been taking Calcium tablets for years beforehand but the Dr said her body wasn't absorbing them very well either so she has to get injections now too

i take vitamin D and i have seen a noticeable improvement in my skin tone, so i see no reason not to continue with it

it's a doctor recommendation that anyone getting on a bit should take vitamin D at least over the winter. The reason being that it is strong sunlight that causes your body to manufacture it.
