Earlier, popped to the Sainbury's Local, went to get some cash out, the Cash Machine ate my card and then crashed. It said 'call your bank' so i did right away. Been on hold now for an hour and 45 mins. At this time of night too. Disgusting!

All the money these banks have, and they cut staff every chance they get. Nothing but greed!

It’s happening everywhere
I missed a call from my daughter’s doctors the other day because someone knocked at my door
So I rang them back straight away was in a queue for 45 minutes finally got through only for them to say there was no record of any one calling me.

Crazy isn't it.

Finally got though, took over 2 hours in the end, and this time of night?!! Now i've gotta wait 5 working days for a new card.

I don't get how these businesses are understaffed? Places like Banks need to have workers at all hours imo.
