Literally, keep hearing Youtubers say this

so went to the dictionary to see what the etymology is and this was posted with the definition

"YouTubers say it after they've finished the introduction to their video before moving on to the main subject."

They just change definitions these days.

I am familiar with the saying I am just amused how many young youtubers use what is a fairly old-fashioned saying

The nature of their introduction and then looking for a way to intro the content has revived a saying that they probably would never have used
Its more of an after dinner saying
