I don't know why there's this fascination with showing medical procedures & operations in its full glory , yes educate people & help them understand. But still.
And this isn't the most shocking thing to be televised medically, what does that tell you with TV . They did a live autopsy on TV once years ago ,think it was on C4 as that was the channel that saw it self as 'edgy' . Last edited by GoldHeart; 07-08-2022 at 04:21 AM. |

Oh I can believe that as it's 2022, and in 2022 we don't want to watch TV to enjoy ourselves, we watch TV for real life.

Two surgeons are in an operating room...
One has a large cut. The second surgeon asks “would you like me to stitch that up for you?” The first surgeon says “no thanks, I’d prefer to close my own wound” The second surgeon replies “suture self” |

[When lockdown first struck in 2020, comedian Zoe Lyons didn't just say goodbye to all her work, but to her hair as well. She was expecting it – it had happened before when stressed – but it didn't stop. 'I found that very tricky,' admits Zoe, 50. 'I knew it was only hair but…' In the show she learns women with high stress levels are 11 times more likely to experience hair loss and vows to slow down. 'I will create the best environment for my hair to grow back in,' she says.] |

It's definitely important to talk about these medical issues . The only thing I find weird is broadcasting the surgery/ operation bit.
I've never understood the fascination with that . |
