Recently, I was watching a few videos on YouTube about people who are sleeping on the streets in UK winter.

Horrendous.

One guy, aged about 50, said he was earning Ł450,000 a year and became homeless. But he didn't expand on how he went from Ł450,000 to ZERO money, no job, no home.

Apparently he was a stock broker. You could tell from his posh accent that he was probably telling the truth. But whether he was making that kind of money, who knows!

Just like Gail, how did she become homeless? She must have earned a fair amount of money in her time.

The problem is there are so many fake scum bags on the street pretending to be homeless

Also the charities make money for themselves so only a fraction gets to the people that need it.

Then there is the people that you can’t help because of their mental health,I know a guy who was given a nice flat with all new appliances
He took them to the dump and was sleeping in a shed in his mums garden until his mum asked me to find him a caravan for him and put it in her garden.

id say 100% of them in main city centers are not genuine. Never ever give them money.

I just don't know how anyone can go from earning Ł450,000 a year, to basically nothing, no home either.

I guess he could be gambling. I've heard rich guys losing millions to gambling. And divorce too, can take almost all your money.

We should be looking after out own first not spending millions on people choosing to leave their homes.
