We definitely could've done better imo.

I understand being defensive against the really good sides, but not games like this where we should just dominate comfortably.

It was a real effort to sit through it for me.
An extremely boring game with really no highlights.

Poor is the only description in my view.

I don't hate it, the USA are a pretty good side and the point basically gets us through. England fans are a bit entitled these days, you should never expect to walk a group or demolish everyone who is lower ranked than you. Just ask the Argies or the Germans

The USA didn't even put Trusty in their squad.

They're basically ripe for the taking by making that mistake.
