Default Omg, I cried last night

I watched the volcano disaster on white island in New Zealand in 2019 on Netflix.

Jesse had me in tears, he survived but lost his mum, dad and sister. Sister was never found.

He's still so handsome despite his burns.

Horendous what happened. I definitely recommend a watch

Shocking disaster. One of many Jacinda Arden proceeded over.

Documentary didnt include quite a few of the more high profile victims you see on tiktok every now and then, I wondered why.

This one wasnt on it;

I think Jacinda seems great as the prime minister of New Zealand.

I don't agree with them not sending help, but I'm a bit conflicted because you might have ended up with more casualties. Very hard call to make.

Yeah only a few were in the documentary. The PTSD must be so immense. Like for Jesse to decide to leave his parents and try save himself as that's all he could do.

[47 people who were on the island at the time.
Of these people, 38 were passengers on a shore excursion
from the cruise ship Ovation of the Seas, which was on
a 12-day voyage around New Zealand and had berthed
at the Port of Tauranga that morning.]

[Ovation of the Seas anchored off Picton
on 13 December 2019, four days after the eruption.]
