BBC Newsnight Special in Sri Lanka
Has shown the urgent needed IMF loan was due a month ago but the India and Massive China Infrastructure Loans are holding it up. The President is happy for the young to leave Sri Lanka earn money in other nations and send it back. The New Leader Dinesh Gunawardena, is using the police to stop protests so not much has changed.
