Has used a Suicide Bomber
targetting Chinese Delegation
in Kabul.

Around 20 died.

None of the China Delegation was hurt as
the meeting had not started.

The Taliban are happy China is now paying them
for digging up oil and natural resources.
A 25 year pact.
Millions of Dollars for the Taliban.
