I agree with you that it's at least worthy enough evidence to investigate.

And I personally think that he is guilty as sin, so I would like to see a thorough investigation because of my gut instinct about the case.

if they can't find enough to charge them with after nearly 2 months, they obviously haven't got anything. All they need to do is charge them with 1 offence to "legally" keep them locked up
