Also what did people want to hear in the video ?? Full blown racist slurs as 'proof' or something?? ,bear in mind it's a short clip ...who knows what they've said off camera and for how many weeks ??. I'm guessing the bullied girl retaliated ...in the video it looks more like she's defending herself against a literal mob.

Also will be interesting to know how diverse the school actually is ,the area looked quite posh .

Its not been confirmed at all...the family are claiming racism, its far more likely to an issue between the younger girl in uniform in the clip and the victim....its highly unlikely the family would turn up mob handed to attack some random outside the school

Well it will be interesting to see what the girl herself says...if she confirms it was racism she experienced would you then believe it?? . Maybe the girl told her family it was racism ??.

If you look at the video again towards the end the Mum is saying something about Downs Syndrome ..and handicapped so it looks like its kicked off over a disabled child

Also if we take the race out of it and put that to the side on both ends , even if the quarrel is between 1 gypsy girl and 1 black girl ...why did the entire traveller family feel the need to get involved including the mother egging it on..... What a good example .

Usually when school fights happen it's 1 on 1 , yes gangs bully one person... usually name calling etc or little pushes here and there . But in all my life ....I don't think I've ever seen a fight in my childhood or teens on that scale . I'm not saying it didn't happen ,but I've never seen the family get involved including the bliddy parents!!! .

I love that there are people, that accuse people out there of trying to see racism in everything, who are the very same people who try their very hardest, to excuse or diminish racism wherever it is, it’s an astonishing amount of mental gymnastics, was this racism? We don’t know yet, they’ve been arrested for racially aggravated gbh, an investigation will happen, but for people to just outright deny any existence of a racial element in something, without any hesitation, just because they don’t want it to be racist, is really very weird to me

Apart from the fact that the attack has been described by police as racially aggravated, there is no evidence from the video. I would hope that the Police wouldn't have said "racially aggravated" if there was no element of racism as it would incite further violence

I would imagine the Police have more evidence than just the released video (or you would hope so anyway)
