Unfortunately that baby will not get the justice it deserves,
Why?
You only have to look at all the previous cases to realise there is no justice.

A couple were just jailed for a similar offence and they got 7 years, probably out in 3

I don't know why they would go to such lengths to keep the baby just to let it die, such an avoidable outcome

This is what I don’t understand either. Allegedly their first child was removed from their care (and quite rightly so) so you’d think from experience they’d realise they weren’t capable parents. But allegedly they are both addicts so I suppose logical thinking cannot be applied to the case.
