Altogether yes because you asked them soo many times the total amount you borrowed was around that much. I didn't say you borrowed £300 in one payment now. Just shows you asked loads and used them for money.

I know now who you are referring to BTW. Its not rocket science. I always repaid with interest. So I still don't get your beef.

And? Maybe the manipulation just irks us, I personally think it's wrong.

How am I lying? Proof?

Why are you on such a mission Glenn? Why do you hate so much? Do you need help?

Some people who take on the role of victim might seem to enjoy blaming others for problems they cause, lashing out and making others feel guilty, or manipulating others for sympathy and attention. But, Botnick suggests, toxic behavior like this may be more often associated with narcissistic personality disorder.

This is Kate to the tea

Again stop the victim card. I merely pointed out how wrong you are for trying to shame your family

The last convo we had was if I watched Scream yet which was Thursday. I'm my own person and he didn't tell me to do it. I was just snooping about king Gary Lineker and saw this beggy thread

Kate, one thing that I would seriously implore you to do is budget a bit more effectively and try and cut down on the bingo side of things. Times are tough for everyone at the moment and at the end of the day certain things really do have to be compromised. And you do need to be a bit more discreet when it comes to how much you reveal about what’s going on between you and your family when it comes to stuff like this, because there are certain things that just need to stay personal and aren’t necessarily for other people to know. Without knowing the specifics there’s only so much I can say and going by what I do know I do have sympathy but you really need to handle things a bit more privately when it comes to things like this.

Kate I understand though, I’ve been the same. I actually had/has an online shopping addiction and a few times I’ve been skint for a good few months.

What I do is sent a limit now, though if you have holidays to pay off that limit doesn’t stay.

Can you go into your overdraft? Like that’s borrowing money too I guess. Hope you get it sorted though

Everyone knows what the intention of this thread is, i pointed it out on the last thread created for the same purpose. This is scamming 101, there isn't a polite way of highlighting trying to guilt people into sending someone money. Thats not what this forum is for

Red I do appreciate your words but it's just the way I am. I'm a pretty open book and I like to express my troubles. Shame there's tossers like Glenn and his cronies still hovering around a place they despise.

That was not my intention. Believe what you will. If I'd wanted to ask in such a way I'd have said so straight out.

try distracting yourself with binge (re)watching some series or movie marathons, or maybe some gaming on your PS4 or PS5 whichever one you got

don't let shopping become an addiction, then it is also no longer fun

borrowing money is never a good idea, borrowing money costs money, you know these adverts

Unfortunately Kate these are difficult times for all and you need to learn the manage your own money in a way that means you don’t have to resort to asking strangers on the internet for money every few weeks to keep yourself afloat. Everybody else seems to manage it. As somebody whose lent you money many times in the past, I just can’t justify continuing to do so as it’s just bailing you out temporarily only for you to find yourself in the exact same situation a few weeks later.

We’re tossers because we don’t agree with people asking strangers for money online? We’re not tossers Kate, you just know that we know you and how you operate. When things don’t go your way you play the victim card. It’s textbook.

Get a job, nice little job to get you by. Borrowing money isn’t the answer. Especially from people you’ve never met.

Look, everyone has had their say now, so either a mod needs to delete this thread, or everyone just leaves it where it is. It's really uncomfortable reading. Whatever the facts are, they've been pointed out repeatedly by now. No more needs to be said imo.
