She had one issue that she genuinely cared about (and it made her famous obviously) and since then she's just been clinging onto fame for dear life. Imo anyone that believes that she really cares about all of these issues are being far too trusting imo.

Sadly the betting odds do not reflect on the quality of the songs

I'm 100% voting for Croatia. They are amazing. Will also give a cheeky vote to Italy, because I like the song, it's catchy.

I mean I refuse to believe that Germany had a better song than Turkey in 2010.

Having now heard all the songs I think the standard this year is very high, sadly our own entry is very poor comparison to the 20 best songs, for example

![]() The Israeli celebrity, who had wrapped himself in an Israeli flag, was verbally assaulted and spat at by anti-Israel protesters for waving the national flag at the Eurovision Contest in support of the Israeli contestant. Two local police officers intervened in the dispute and detained Hochman, informing him that it was not appropriate to display Israeli flags or to be Jewish in that location. Hochman expressed frustration at the double standard, saying that while he was prohibited from waving an Israeli flag, the anti-Israel protesters were allowed to display their Palestinian/Hamas flags without any interference. The Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö kicked off on Tuesday evening with an opening act by performer Eric Saade, a Swedish singer whose father is Palestinian. Saade came out on stage with his wrist wrapped in a keffiyeh, a Palestinian symbol used in pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel protests. https://allisrael.com/israeli-comedi...tion-in-sweden |

i am listening to most of this years class their songs, yes
i wish most artists also wonderful careers, keep releasing music (even to those who nq'd) don't let that flop ruin your career, focus on the fans you do have i kinda hope Olly goes back to his Y&Y type of bop sound, songs like king, shine, starstruck i listen to a lot still ![]() i follow many past esc artists whatever music they are releasing as of today on youtube and as if i do not have music shows without esc, lol die giovanni zarrella show is miles better, with an actual live band/orchestra
