I've no issue at all if people are living permanently in the UK, paying taxes and therefore contributing to the UK economy.
Having a say in how those taxes are spent and by whom in power.
Totally fine by me.
No issue at all.

Shadow Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds

Has gone on Every TV & Radio Station
saying in the Papers it is Not a Labour Manifesto
it is Policy ideas.

Well of course it's only an idea at this stage.
NO party not even the present governing one have any manifestos yet.

One would think the not unusually however misleading Telegraph would know this isn't a manifesto inclusion.

Manifestos are a thing of the past, we have moved on from there. The labour party have been obsessed with manifestos for way too long. All people want or need is a top 5-10 priority list. No more than that. Not legions of committees agreeing 1000's of pages of manifesto like labour have done in the past

That's the basis on which the next election will be fought

Ed Milliband & his potty

That stone is now Hidden away

[The six pledges written on the stone were:

1. A strong economic foundation
2.Higher living standards for working families
3.An NHS with the time to care
4.Controls on immigration
5.A country where the next generation can do better than the last
6.Homes to buy and action on rents]

This turned out to be a massive embarrassment.
Miliband got all the run up to the election ALL wrong.

BBC News Text:

[The potential change to voting rules would
be the biggest increase of the franchise
in a century. Labour MPs have defended the plans,
reports the paper,
but it notes that senior opposition figures
have called on Sir Keir to scrap the plan.
They have accused the Labour leader
of wanting to "drag Britain back into the EU by stealth"]

it should only be actual UK citizens that are allowed to vote. If not, that opens the door for Russians and all sorts to directly affect our elections

I thought it wouldn't be long before the vile Mail pounced.
It's really getting worried that their precious Cons are going to lose.

They turn a blind eye to all the abuses of power by this shocking governnent.
Yet attack any even idea being only discussed by others.
If people are in this Country permanently and paying taxes which contribute fully to our economy.
Then I feel myself they should have a say in who governs.

As others should who are considered permanent resident taxpayers in other Countries.
That however is a matter for those Countries.
Just as our affairs are a matter for us.

The Mail this election won't be able to disgracefully stain Starmer's parents.
Like they set out to do with the Miliband's deceased Father up to 2015.

They will though overexaggerate and twist to lie completely in anything it can to try to help this massively discredited government stay in power..
With the trash that is the Mail being this governnents most vile of a mouthpiece.

It always makes me laugh when dopey Starmer - who doesn't know what a woman is - is referred to as a Sir.

The guy got that knighthood because he was a grovellor to the establishment. Not for anything worthy he's done.

He's plain Starmer to me.

I don't agree with the honours system.
I think a Knighthood should only be given if they must be, for exceptionally heroic actions.
So agree Starmer's doesn't impress me either.

However what you've said about Starmer's could be said about near all the Knighthood recipients over the last decades.
For me with a tiny few exceptions, as to the lot of them.

in the usa, the republicans are creating AI attack ads that are entirely fake. That will inevitably come here at the next election. That's what we have to look forward to

Yes, but I find Starmer to be particularly undeserving of any honour. People like David Attenborough and Paul McCartney are more worthy of being called Sirs, even though, like you, I agree it's silly. If that makes sense.
