I know it's kind of cliché - but she really was a rock star in every sense of the word.
Her life story is just awe inspiring - all of that hardship and trauma before/during/after her marriage that she overcame, her career almost being over completely by the early 70's thanks mainly to Ike and her then astronomic rise in the 80's to become the global superstar that she's now, and forever will be, known as. There'll never be another. I adored her. "Simply the Best" indeed. RIP Tina.
