I see a lot of so-called learned people saying we need to get long term unemployed 'back into work'.

Sunak says it.

They just say it get 'back to work' without realising what they're actually saying. Some long term unemployed have NEVER been in work to go back to it. Their fathers never a worked a day in their lives. They went straight from school to the dole and 'retired' at 65.

I knew someone like that, who's just say things without actually listening to what they just said. He'd just say it as a truth without even knowing or caring if it was true or not. Crazy.
