I've started getting nosebleeds in the heat. I'm prone to them at this time of year.

Lots of people take way too many clothes off ,it never ceases to amaze me, the awful sights you see ! Don't these people have mirrors ??

I don't go out shirtless, but i know it's summer when i only need my boxer shorts on for the evening after a shower.

my nosebleeds aren't because of summer


but hard crusts inside my nose, i use salt water reduction nose spray to make that go away
