Default How much divide do you try to keep between daily struggles and down-time?

Switching off completely obviously isn’t possible for the millions of people who have to work weekends (at the moment I get one weekend totally free of every two, so it kind of alternates) but whether you’re a Monday to Friday (I won’t specify 9-5 because that’s just a stereotypical pattern that’s not always so financially lucrative) person or not, you’re naturally going to have to have time to live your own life and do your personal thang (whether that’s socialising, getting in touch with your inner self, catching up with family/besties, a mix. or something-else). What sort of boundaries do you set when it comes to who can contact you during your down-time (I’m going to use the weekend as the marker for that on the inevitable poll, but only for the sake of keeping things simple)? Is (e.g.) having colleagues contact you for work-related stuff during your time-to-live period a big no-no or does it just depend on all sorts of stuff?
