I mean I'm not a climate-fapper or anything, I've more or less accepted that the planet is screwed and thus couldn't give a stuff about my carbon footprint or whatever, live as comfortably as possible for the little time humanity has left I say, but pretending that nothing is happening is a bit pointless surely!

The world isn't going to end within our lifetimes and we all just need to selfishly admit that that's all we really care about.

it is the over egging that gets on my nerves, if you look at a map of Spain on w weather channel every province is deep red when its just normal summer temps in many of the coastal areas, naturally the cities get hot which is why the Spanish swarm to the coast from Madrid etc in the summer and many have holiday homes on the coast
