they put us on a big plane so business class was like long haul business class, it was so good, lie flat seats and everything, it was worth the delay.

This is now the Mega Debate,
A French PDF file had a error
that set off all the systems.

Nothing at all to with Easy Jet or Ryanair.
For example

That can be corrected.


NAT should refund all the airlines
but of course, they will not.
