When they were potentially planning to move the house to Hammersmith for bb9 the newspaper articles said they housemate would arrive by boat.

That entrance is part of the studio since it was built. Nothing to do with BB specifically.

Bloody hell, most of tibb will want to kill them if they arrive by a small boat. Isn't there another house that's safe, before the BB one?
