well Erasmus MC chief Diederik Gommers also commented on this awful incident, he was also in the hospital at the time of the shooting, although he was several floors up so he was much safer than others



the two victims outside the hospital are a young woman of 39 and her 14 yr old daughter, the woman actually tried to do something after he was assaulting his dog and that was when he shot her and her daughter, according to neighbourhood residents, whom all had to do their best to stay hidden, and from there he went towards the hospital, where he shot a 49 yr old man, whom was his teacher at the hospital


the authorities had warned the hospital of this Fouad L being mentally unstable however they ignored that advice and still wanted to train him to become a doctor
