Can't wait for the new Sims 4 pack for rent that comes out in December. Be good to get a villainy degree first and put it on your office wall as a landlord. There could be new lot traits but will add ones like filth and grody and create a rundown section 8 apartment block. Be great to have Agnes Crumplebottom as a tenant.
