Also - not to be disparaging of my old place of employ or of other minimum wage slog - but I imagine management of staff at MITIE is in fact considerably closer to management of staff at a bookmakers than it is to my current cushy office life. I only work with extremely middle-class University graduates these days. It's all very... polite... in comparison.
