Some great ideas there. It's about time we had a decent two storey house - it just opens up so many more possibilities in the design, and also gives so much more space.


And although a new house would be preferred, even if on the same site, I do think some clever design could make a two-storey house work in the current Elstree shell. Certainly when you look at the BB3 house there seems to be potential there to put a second floor in at least part of the house.
