This one isn't the prison case.

Stolen documents and insurrection are the ones, but Trump appointed judge has already made sure that the docs one won't be held before the election, so prison is only on the table for the insurrectionist case.

the insurrection case is in the hands of his biddies on the supreme court, so nothing will happen with that either

i think the maximum sentence is 4 years in prison for this, so its not impossible that he actually gets jailed for 6 months

I agree with that. Not impossible, but not really likely, even if as already pointed out, Cohen did 3 months for the other part of the crime

Ah ok, i see. Not taken any notice of politics in months, im better for it. I wasn't unhappy the Lib Dems took T-Wells from the Torries earlier in the month though.
