It is misusing it a bit to use the mentions to summon back members who don't visit anymore.
I have made this change.

'Disable Mention Emails' is now selected as a default option.

If you want to continue receiving emails when you are @ Mentioned go to (on desktop browser) User CP (top-left of screen) - Settings under User Tagging (at the bottom-left) and click off 'Disable Mention Emails.

On Mobile go to Site Navigation (with the 3 horizontal bars), then User CP, then scroll down to the bottom and press Settings under User Tagging.

…an all inclusive one click @Everyone would be cool, just to be used for things like games etc…to make all of the posting members aware of any ongoing games they might like to be part of or to follow…
