But I think it’s prison guards taking bribes, drones also I think phones get passed around for cash or prison currency

Also just to add ,I remember watching something where a retired prison officer who'd been doing the job forever basically confirmed that prison guards these days don't seem to have the skills or right attitude . He said 1 screw was asking the prisoners themselves " what do I do " .

So another problem seems to be lack of experience & training etc, aswell as the corruption. Similar issue with cops .
