what makes it so difficult is that both candidates are highly unsuitable. So then people don't have a clear decision in front of them. If Kamala ends up being the candidate going forward, love her or hate her, there is a valid option on the table. If americans then go on to choose trump, well, thats their decision, and they have to live with it. The rest of the world will just have to get on with it and do the best they can

Instead, they isolated Kamala and didn't bring anyone else into the foreground. I do think it has a lot to do with the way the presidency has been set up. For example, people are saying why didn't senior dems know what was going on, but Joe hasn't been in congress except for his state of the union addresses and he hasn't held a cabinet meeting since October 2023

Jill likes being first lady, and doesn't want to give it up. The Bidens also have a huge chip on their shoulders regarding the Obamas. It's now so bad that Michelle refuses to speak to them and will not endorse them going forward.
