deserves a thread of its own, i find it a proper show


the NTSB (and other investigators in other countries than the US) all work very hard, i mean their commitment at solving what went wrong with such aircrashes to prevent it from happening again



my fave investigators are Greg Feith, John Nance i guess



but some crashes were so preventable which makes you think how someone can be that stupid, for example cutting corners in maintenance, or when pilots don't sleep enough between each different flight
