I also don't think he's 17. They can say what they want, no one is checking on them. They can come to the UK and do what they want. And they know it.

that is not right, he was an immigrant but had Irish Citizenship and had been in the country for years

my bad he was an unemployed migrant on benefits and they kept his name out the media for a month
