Default Now Banksy has a Plinth with Fish on City of London Police box
In the middle of Pavement.


So he has Stuck it illegally there,

…I love how he’s created/creating a week of Banksy to help lift and balance out a week of rioting…the fish one is really quite different to anything he’s done before and doesn’t look like a ‘typical Banksy’…I love it……
