I have checked out the link that you've sent me, and another site just to get more information about this, as I honestly never knew anything about this case until now.

The technicality that the BBC's going for in this instance is that he weren't found guilty of anything (because his ex-wife didn't press charges most likely) so it leaves the Media articles having to say "alleged" when talking about the case, because he hasn't technically been convicted for Domestic Abuse.

I will admittedly say that the case didn't sound very good for him imo, and that personally I don't believe that we should necessarily be celebrating people like that on a Celeb Reality Show, but that's just me.
