Default Im goig to throw my laptop

At the wall I keep getting these popups and there all CiD popups and they slow my internet down. I have norton 360 but they oviouly cant find anything wrong, does anyone else get these annoying popups, any idea how to stop them?

That dosent help, i need to know how to get rid of them. When im on here i still get them, they come like every 5 minutes

I get the same problem when I use Internet Explorer, so I don't use Internet Explorer anymore.

I think i just figured it out, When i downloaded "Windows Live Messenger plus" there were sponsor programmes with it and it was CiD, thats why i have been getting all these popups.

Oh my gosh i know how you feel i used to have the popups litrally like every 20 seconds. I think my dad did one of those scanning things and now they've all gone x

What about completley removing messenger and then reinstalling it without the ticking one of the sponsers?

Yeah you could be right because I think when I downloaded that the problem started.
