I think Ryan unintentionally played a blinder on last night's show when he stole those sausages. BB arguably engineered that task to highlight Dean in a positive manner, and instead Ryan stole the show and had a bit of fun with the task in a way that most of the other HMs also found to be pretty fun. BB must have been wracking their heads trying to come up with more footage of the HMs being up in arms about the sausage gobbler, and instead had to settle for Sarah crying her eyes out in a way that, given most of her screentime thus far has consisted of crying or moaning, makes her seem like a bit of a madame.

Good on Ryan imo. Thank **** one HM couldn't be bothered to rigidly stick to the script of a dull task.

How did he ‘steal the show’ ?

He semed to stress or annoy the other housemates by failing the task and getting fan’s favourite Lily into trouble by encouraging her to break the rules as well .. the general public myself included really went off him at that moment after being undecided about him

I reckon he blew any slight chance he had of avoiding eviction

I mean who else got most of the screentime during the task in a way that wasn't so obviously manufactured? Ali?

Stress or annoy? I didn't notice any stress on the part of Emma and Khaled when they were giggling amongst themselves and talking about how they quite like Ryan despite 'sausagegate', nor did I notice any annoyance on the part of Daze, Martha or Nathan when they chuckling away and calling him a trouble maker in mischievous tones.

The point regarding Lily you might be right about, but to my mind that speaks more to the idiocy of the average viewer than it does about Ryan. She's an adult with her own agency, not a child. No way did he encourage her lol. He simply took a sausage and then she whined about how she should have one if he's having one.
