Tea + an apple first thing and coffee a few hours later is one way to go than you can do a lot worse than. Only problem with me is apple-fruit itself tends to make me nauseous these days, for whatever reason.

but around 9 and 10 AM i drink like Crystal Clear fruit flavoured water



and afternoon i drink relax tea
